PRELIMINARY BUSINESS CONCEPT DISCRIPTION:

We're an R&D entity specializing in fuel-efficiency improvement, alternative fuels, the fabrication/manufacture and marketing of aerodynamic components, for the trucking-transportation industry.

The trucking operations are our LABORATORY, components display and advertising medium and NOT our primary profit source. A necessary 'evil' if you will.

One advantage of this 'born of high fuel prices' niche business is federal assistance for trucking companies that cannot afford the upgrade kits due to economic circumstances. Our sales agents/distributors (we need truckers as distributors, *earn your upgrade kit PLUS earn extra money!) will have an ace in their pocket in the event it is needed! Many of our proposed products will have an 8 month to 15 month 'payback.' *What other business-types have this advantage?

1) We will be using SVO (straight vegetable oil) to fuel our trucking fleet. SVO enhances engine longevity due to superior lubricity, produces 90% less pollutants than diesel fuel, addresses our reliance on 'foreign oil' and best of all it's freely available from all restaurants!

The trucking industry consumes 13% of the national energy. The EPA considers our high energy dependency a threat to national security and global warming.

We are testing an HHO reactor to add to our SVO test 18 wheelers. There are companies retailing HHO reactors for $10,000 and $14,000 ($3,500 for four wheelers).

2) Design and engineering of heat exchangers and other components to recover some of the wasted energy in the heat of exhaust and cooling systems. Both the alternator and air conditioning system can run with the heat from exhaust and cooling systems (this is PRESENTLY being proved).

3) Design and engineering of biodiesel reactors for the conversion of vegetable oil into biodiesel, -for consumers that prefer not to 'modify their tractors.'

4) Design and engineering of vegetable oil conversion packages to burn SVO without processing the vegetable oil in a biodiesel reactor 'for our own fleet mostly.'

5) Testing of all of the above in real life 'dedicated' trucking operations via 1) Southern California to Central Texas; 2) Central Texas to the Southern East coast; 3) Southern California to the Southern East coast, for further refinement and development of aformentioned.

6) The tractors will also be used as displays of our aerodynamic wind-busting custom fiberglass, carbon-fiber and die-cast aluminum body-enhancement components. Many of these components will fit automobiles and will be sought by car customizers. Tractor -trailer combinations will roadtest our propriatary aerodynamic designs, various brand synthetic oils and other third party products submitted by their individual designers/ engineers.

7) Trailers will be used as mobile billboards via our in-house advertising agency.

8) Our in-house oil rendering co. will service the restaurants waste cooking oil thus providing our trucking operations free fuel.

We are looking for investors, loans, 'in-kind' investments, partners, alliances, co-ventures, single unit motor carriers/fleets and owner-operators wanting/needing to DOUBLE what they're PRESENTLY earning.

We prefer aformentioned from areas of: San Francisco-Sacramento-Oakland area, Metro Los Angeles area, Deming, Lordsberg NM areas, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Austin, North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

-Of course we'll consider others as soon as we open additional profitable dedicated routes. We are looking into purchasing - partnering - co-venturing in minimum 1,100- 1,200 mile dedicated routes with single unit motor carriers and any size fleets nationwide.
