Our tractors will be used as display vehicles showcasing our custom proprietary components.
Our trailers will do more than haul goods. We plan to offer advertising space rental on sides and rear of
trailer. (We ourselves could make use of this space to promote our products/services).
Our business concept will rely on various factors over and above the normal trucking-transportation business model.
1) Dry van/reefer dedicated route(s) (.5% profits). Northern California to Central Texas routes.
SVO (straight vegetable oil) for a 70% - 105% fuel cost savings ($8,000 mo. per truck more ‘money-in-pocket’ then
next guy doing the same runs on SOOTanic diesel).
2) Tractor displaying our custom body-enhancement components (potentially an extra $5,000
to $10,000 mo. in profits)..

We are newcomers to the trucking industry though plan to be amongst the most profitable, fastest
growing, best customized fleet, with the most satisfied drivers in the industry. We have professional
trucking consultants on call and a mechanical engineer as a member/investor. We have done
extensive research in this cut-throat industry and believe we are ready to take a slice of the pie.

We chose this unique 'says it all' URL since we believe the industry in general is operating in the 'mid range gears'
disregarding
the ultimate use of their equipment and drivers. Our concept will enable drivers to earn 10-20% over industry
standards, increase equipment life AND produce 90% less KILLER pollutants into the air!
At this point we're looking for owner-operators with a trio of T-2000s/Freightliner Centuries powered by Cummins
with a minimum of 13 speeds (and 4 air-ride dry van trailers). Our third unit will be a fresh spare/training rig.
Our ideal points of origination are PHASE 1: San Francisco to San Antonio or a similar southern-most 1,200 route.
A better route would be San Francisco area to Brownsville Texas route. We need to keep our ideal routes in
multiples
of 275-300 miles (1,200/1,500/1,800 miles etc.).
Our commencement point will be announced as soon as this units are ready to roll. Both working units will depart
from originating/destination points simultaneously and trade with fresh drivers at mid-point (ala Greyhound/UPS).
Our first two units will call for a Los Angeles driver, a San Antonio driver and two Deming NM drivers. We are
looking for two owner-operators (or buy-out/take-over-payments) and in the event of non-availability will purchase
the first three power units and lease the trailers.
We are also looking for wheel/tire/engine/tractor/trailer, etc. sponsors and other trucking-related products that
we may retail from some of our websites.
Our aim is to introduce 2 additional units (with 2 additional trailers) within 3 months or ASAP. At this point
we would have 4 power units and six trailers in operation and a trainer/emergency unit.
We would like to introduce an additional 5 units (w/4 additional trailers) within 6 months or ASAP. This would
bring our total mini-fleet to 8 operational units, ten trailers and two trainer/spare tractors.
Within 12 months we need to operate 16 operational units with four spare/trainer/tow units for a 20 unit fleet.
Within 18 months we would like to replicate this operation on a different though similar route or undertake a
2,400 mile dedicated route with an additional 40 unit fleet.
The ultimate would be a Los Angeles California to Jacksonville Florida dedicated route but it seems Florida is
TOO poor on outbounds. Maybe we should look to a combination of NC, SC, Georgia AND FL to supply
us with west-bound loads
Somewhere along the way we will become the #1 trainers in the Class A License Capital of the World
offering franchises in both dedicated runs and training schools.
